Wellington Wine Walk-About: The Art of Testing, Tasting & Talking Wine

Sommelier Nicola Belsham has searched out Wellingtons best wine bars for a leisurely evening of strolling and sipping. Nicola will guide you through nuances of colour, smell and taste with her favourite wines at four of Wellingtons star wine bars, complete with nibbles at each stop. For the first time ever, Bordeaux Bakery opens their kitchen for you to watch their acclaimed patisserie demonstrate a scrumptious chocolate temptation. Learn special tips and professional secrets so that you can create your own version of this luscious treat. Your own chocolate confection is yours to eat or take home. Then Nicola Belsham will share wine matching tips while you enjoy a mini fruit tart from the Bordeaux kitchen with a glass of imported French Sauterne wine.
