  Parties of up to 200, utilizing customer-supplied venues. Buffet style, hot or cold passed finger foods. Can include small plates (renewable/environmentally friendly), bowls (renewable/environmentally friendly), 2 ounce glasses (disposable), and small flatware (renewable/environmentally friendly).
